Initial appointments with Dr. Holland must be in person. Follow-up visits can be made by phone. A few points about making an appointment: we do not work with insurance, so visits will be an out-of-pocket expense. Some insurance companies will accept a receipt or letter that you may file on your own. The insurance company will determine whether they will reimburse you for the expense. I have also "opted out" of Medicare, meaning I can see you if you have Medicare, but a visit will also be an out-of-pocket expense that Medicare will not cover. A private contract will be signed by you and Dr. Holland to this effect.
